Features of Siniam Manufacturing
1 Bill of Materials and Stages
Bill of Materials (BOM) is designed to provide your organization with complete control over the product structure by ensuring that production, purchasing and order processing are utilizing the same information. BOM is defined by the manufacturing process and includes: stages, labor, raw materials, packaging, setup times, and outputs.
2 Production Management
Create production orders manually, from sales orders, or with the material requirements planning (MRP) module. Monitor and manage performance with detailed reports, including actual vs. standard/planned costs including labor, material, and fixed and variable overheads for work in process and job costs.
3 Raw material Control
Transfer production materials to the production floor, based on a picking list generated by target output quantity. Siniam enables you to track wasted materials and return reusable materials. This way, you can maximise usage on raw materials.
4 Shift Management
Knowing who worked on what batch can be a headache. With Siniam, select a shift on each production order or even production stage. If you set a production shift labor at a piece rate, get a report of the wages as soon as production ends.
5 FG Conversion
When your end product goes through an extra packaging step, where you pack into different quantities, utilize Siniam's conversion module. With this, you can convert product X into A,B and C, on the go.
6 Factory Documentation
Factory Documentation facilitates clear and accurate user-defined shop floor documentation for production operations to be performed and materials to be issued, thereby enabling accuracy and efficient control of production processes. This covers shifts and wages, Raw materials usage, FG Output and Work in Progress.
